Le Cuirassé

The intensity of black, the warmth of wood: discover our "L'Outrenoir" collection and our deeply charred Douglas Cladding, Le Cuirassé. Bring unparalleled intensity to your spaces.

Its surface, profoundly blackened by fire then delicately brushed, reveals a textured and vibrant grain. Light clings, glides, and refracts, creating a dynamic visual effect that shifts throughout the day.

This cladding draws inspiration from the ancient Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique, a craft that protects wood through combustion while giving it a powerful and mineral aesthetic. Each plank is unique, both graphic and organic, designed to enhance the lines of modern architecture as well as more traditional projects.

• A premium finish: controlled burning, artisanal brushing
• Applications: exterior façade, interior wall paneling, decorative architectural elements
• Benefits: durability, stability, contemporary aesthetics, eco-responsibility

Committed to the quality of our creations and the origin of our woods, we practice rigorous sourcing through short supply chains and sustainably managed forests.
